Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on providing regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
2. Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
3. Work on coordinating with the internal projects and determining the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
4. Work on encouraging revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
5. Work on becoming a reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
