Designation: Business Development (Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our client base and revenue streams.
Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand market trends and recruitment needs to develop and deliver effective business proposals.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and build brand awareness.
