About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting dealer/manufacturers, scheduling and carrying out meetings with them
2. Identifying and developing new business through networking, courtesy, and follow-up calls
3. Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
4. Developing effective sales plans using sales methodologies
5. Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets
6. Networking with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
7. Managing workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
8. Handling cold calls to create interest in products and services, generating new business leads, and arranging meetings
9. Sharing product information and details to prospective clients
10. Calling approximately 100 to 150 customers in a day
