1. Doing market research, setting sales goals, and developing sales strategies
2. Researching prospects and generating leads
3. Contacting potential and existing customers
4. Preparing sales/business presentations
5. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
6. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
7. Managing the sales process through specific software programs
8. Building and maintaining a CRM database
9. Designing and setting the sales process and policy
10. Analyzing client requirements and sharing the gap analysis with the product development team

1. MBA in sales and marketing
2. Excellent customer service and sales skills
3. Strong verbal and written communicator
4. Excellent phone and presentation skills

6. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
