Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate revenue by establishing new partnerships, selling intellectual property, and promoting Spolto's upcoming projects
2. Organize, coordinate, and execute Spolto's tournaments, tryouts, exhibition games, and other related activities
3. Work on selling Spolto's services (custom training programs, doorstep coaching, etc.) to relevant audience groups
4. Collect, analyze, and present market insights to enhance and curate Spolto's proprietary services/products
5. Serve as the point of contact to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients, understanding their feedback and needs
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose new ideas to enhance various aspects of Spolto, from marketing to product development and beyond
7. Ensure seamless communication between clients and the product team
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and sales skills
2. Ability to work with teams and comfortable working with numbers and budgets
3. +1 years of sales experience in sports/sales/business operations/marketing
4. Strong analytical and reporting skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset
5. Good comprehension and decision-making skills and strong business acumen
6. A solution-oriented, never-give-up attitude with a keen desire to learn
7. A willingness to go above and beyond in terms of commitment and dedication and work in a target-based environment
8. Work well under pressure & in dynamic environments
