Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the end-to-end business
2. Managing complete business operations
3. Managing a team of cleaning partners
4. Maintaining the relationship with premium customers under their portfolio (CRM)
5. Hiring new cleaning partners to meet the existing demand
6. Ensuring zero customer complaints
7. Tracking daily activity plan of cleaner partners
8. Tracking every inquiry and new customer lead
9. Onboarding new customers by pitching & sales
10. Meeting the sales target
11. Coordinating with various departments to ensure service commitments are met
12. Working on inventory management
13. Working on daily accounts management
