Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and introduce them to our products/services.
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure business growth.
• Collaborate with different teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely information to prospects about our offerings.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high level of reach & satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates (Major in Marketing preferred) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
