Title: Business Development Trainee (Region: US)
Location: Gurgaon

Job Description: 

  • As a Business Development Executive (BDE),your primary objective is to support your senior manager through lead generation, passing opportunities to more senior IEBS associates for support in proposal design and closing.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with potential clients via phone, email and social media channels to understand their issues/needs.
  • Work with Sales team to match these needs .
  • Create opportunities and pass leads to Senior Sales Associates.
  • For all leads submitted, support the sales process as needed to observe and learn and thereby gain sales expertise.
  • Ensure that IEBS clients receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Complete Weekly Sales Report in timely manner meeting goals for calls, calls to executives, opportunity targets.
  • Attend and participate actively on all internal team meetings. 
  • Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Sales Manager. 

Qualification

  • lead generation / pre sales / inside sales (Fresher are welcome with the right attitude and desire to learn).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Someone who can fluently speak English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
