JOB DUTIES

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our international student education services.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term business strategies and objectives.
Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on market potential, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Develop actionable plans to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies as needed to stay competitive.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on educational programs and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation to maximize profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development and strategic planning, preferably within the education sector.

Strong understanding of international student recruitment and education trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

JOB TYPE: Full-time salary: ₹25000 - ₹40,000.00 per month depending on the experience and profile.

Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement paid sick time paid time off supplemental pay types: Performance bonus, Yearly bonus earning potential could be around 8 - 10 lacs (Will be discussed individually) Ability to commute/relocate: Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
