Summary/Objective
Business Head is one of the key Management positions in NBFC. This position drives disbursement volume, retail penetration, profitability and healthy Portfolio and manages relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Driving Sales Strategy
- Analyzing various zones and key markets and develop Sales strategy for sustainable growth of volumes and profitability
- Design pricing strategy for profitable portfolio
- Plan and oversees promotional activates
- Execution of the Sales Strategy to achieve organizational goals
- Develop channels for growth in business
- To drive Disbursement volume , profitability, retail penetration and portfolio quality
- Building and maintaining a highly motivated team of Managers to drive targets in respective zones ,across all product lines as per the Business Plan
- Provide reports and MIS to management and also suggest measures to improve performance
Relationship Management
- Work closely with Sany India team and dealers
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers – Business Units, dealers , customers and other stakeholders
- Work closely with all departments for achieving overall objectives
- Joint customer visit along with Business units and dealership team
Others
- Risk control and collection of overdue account in coordination with Collection team
- Provide training to Zonal managers , dealership team
- Ensure the disbursement is done as per the defined TAT
- Coordinate for pre and post disbursement documents
- Post disbursement document collection in coordination with dealership and customers
Pre Requisites
Knowledgeof Sales & Marketing function, Retail Finance, Wholesale Finance & various ancillary products including Loan, Lease, Insurance, Maintenance, etc. ,Knowledge of IT system from sales perspective
Language capability : English and Hindi
Skill /Qualification Requirements
- MBA in Sales & Marketing and graduate from any discipline, and must have worked in Construction equipment/commercial vehicle industry , with a total experience of 15+ years
- The candidate must be playing a similar role/ Zonal Manager in a mid-sized captive NBFC with an experience of at least 4- 5 years in Key Accounts, retail and Wholesale Funding in Construction equipment/commercial vehicle.
- Working experience in a foreign - invested company will be preferred

- Knowledge of Construction equipment/ Mining market and customer base.
- Customer centric approach
- Good knowledge of MS office software is a must.
Work Experience 15+ years of experience and must have worked in NBFC for key accounts, retail and Working capital in Construction equipment/commercial vehicle. Exposure to start up is must.
