Team Member Minimum Requirements
Preferred Formal Education/Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Computer Science
· Other qualifications in IT or related discipline
Proven Experience:
· Designing and developing OLAP cubes, enterprise reporting via dashboards & scorecards, predictive analytics, alerts and proactive notification, reports scheduling and automated sharing of dossiers via email attachments, BI portal etc
· Working in data warehouse design (dimensional modelling) and data mining
· Working with various DB systems (Snowflake, Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Oracle, SQL Server etc),online analytical processing -OLAP, ROLAP, MOLAP and ETL framework
· Working with one or more BI technologies primarily Power BI (Other e.g., Microstrategy ,Qlikview, Qliksense, Tableau, , Oracle BI etc)
· Writing advanced SQL queries
· Migrating BI infrastructure from on-premise to cloud
· Working with IaaS and Automation of BI infra on cloud
· Automating code deployment via CICD pipeline from Dev, Test to Prod on cloud
· Taking initiative and being innovative
· Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
· Ability to lead initiatives and team

· Demonstrates business acumen to manage and meet customer and sponsor needs

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate, influence and hold team members accountable across IT and Business
· Fair understanding of data streaming concepts & technologies like Kafka, Kinesis,
· Fair understanding of Big data technologies like Hadoop, EMR, ETL concepts & technologies like Informatica, Talend etc
· Good knowledge of Architecture patterns, Technical Implementation details w.r.t security, compliance and governance for BI applications and Infra deployment on premise and on cloud
· Good understanding of Agile delivery techniques
