Job Description

We are looking for a business manager with a revenue first attitude, embracing systems and process, to drive a team of 15 people across different digital and non-digital revenue departments in meeting their targets.

More specifically the business manager will have to effectively lead small teams in; Tender, digital marketing, telemarketing/inside sales, CSR and financing departments. The business manager will take direction, strategy and culture input from the CEO directly.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
