Responsibilities

Manages all operational activities of the training center
Works with executives to develop corporate training center strategies and initiatives
Business development in assigned GSC’s Territory/segment for creating healthy database
Effective team review & guidance to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Coordinating implementation of technology training programs.
Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Preferred Qualification : Graduates with MBA / or Diploma Holders / Engineers

Desire Skills :

Effective Interpersonal & Communication Skills including tact & diplomacy
Fluency in Written and spoken English
Effectively using organizational and planning skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.
Adept in drafting commercial proposal
An absolute go-getter, highly motivated with urge to excel and exceed
Flair for sales/business development and traveling
Positive Attitude; should be people oriented person; maintain an established work schedule
Capable of organizing seminars, workshops at Institutions & Corporates
Capable of engaging at senior levels with corporate segment & Academic segment
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
