Designation : Business Operation Coordinator

Eligibility: 

• The candidate must have a minimum of 6 months of work experience. ( Startup Experience will be a added advantage )

• Candidates experienced in the voice process domain are preferred.

• Candidates with other domain experience must have a good level of communication skills.

Qualification: 

Any UG or PG degree related to Computer Science is mandatory. ( Example: Bsc, IT, CT, CS, etc )

Requirements:

• The candidate should reside in Bangalore and be willing to travel in and around Bangalore in the initial stage. 

• The candidate must be proficient in Kannada & Hindi Oral communication and good English communication.

• The candidate should possess a valid Driving licence.

• The candidate should be a good negotiator and to be able to negotiate and close rental agreements or 3rd party agency services on behalf of the company.

• The candidate should possess IT peripheral knowledge and security systems and should be responsible for purchasing and managing the assets like Computers, Laptops, Keyboard etc. 

Roles & Responsibility:

• Individuals working as Business Operation Coordinator need to communicate with higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.

• You will assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.

• You will responsible for managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget

• Manage and monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the Environmental Performance and give suggestions and negotiate on behalf of the company and managing funds.

• Individuals who worked as Business Operation Coordinator who have adequate knowledge on creating strategy to run the operation efficiently and act as bridge between management and the vendors(IT & Non-IT).   

Shift Time: 9.30 am  to 6.30 pm ( Monday to Saturday )

Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 ( Based on Experience and Performance )
