The Role
The role involves delivering the operations function of the Business including taking calls from Drivers, Clients & Partners and resolving issues. Despatch of ride bookings and planning of workload using Autocab despatch system and our own web portal. We also use MS Excel, MS Word, Mightytext, Dropbox, and several other web applications.
Candidates should be willing to learn knowledge of the Cities in which we operate which will initially be London.
We are looking for all our operators to provide a consistent world-class service, therefore an excellent telephone manner and clear spoken and written English is required.
There is a lot to learn and although every possible assistance will be given, you will be responsible for your own training and development.

Occasionally we may require covering a 12.25-hour shift according to Business Needs.
Typically, operators will be required to work 5 x 8.25 hour shifts per week + compulsory overtime from time to time.
Shifts will be rotated (not necessarily on a weekly basis) to allow for training and assessment of operators.
The Business operates 24/7/365 so please be aware that weekend and night-time working are an integral part of the job.
Remuneration:
Negotiable according to experience. We pay the best to work with the best.
A 2 month probationary period at 80% of full rate will be required.
Once completed an equipment bursary of ÂŁ200 will be paid. Although you will continue to own the equipment.
