About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reporting directly to the CEO and handling all business-related duties as delegated by the CEO
2. Primarily providing comprehensive assistance to the CEO so he may focus on his primary responsibilities and maximize his time and effectiveness (i.e. responsible for a wide variety of administrative support duties)
3. Working closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and following up appropriately
4. Reminding of important tasks and deadlines
5. Staying up to date with the calendar to ensure effective daily schedules and attendance
6. Preparing MoMs, emailing, & following up on the same
7. Collating reports and documents for the weekly and monthly meetings as and when instructed and coordinating with CEO teams to ensure the tasks are delivered on time
8. Working and managing the CEO office efficiently and proactively
9. Maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality about all the tasks assigned

2. can start the internship between 26th Feb'21 and 2nd Apr'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Bangalore

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Someone with good interpersonal skills, strong speaking and writing skills, and good work ethic

2. 6 months of work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role

3. Excellent MS-Office knowledge

4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

5. He/She should be a minimum graduate
