Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities
Who You are:

This role is responsible for Business Operations Coordination and Management with a focus on Finance & IT activities. This role provides support to Various Brand Managers within AI Apps CS Center of Excellence (CoE) team in their day-to-day functioning. The person will be responsible for coordinating various Business Operations related activities, interacts with key brand managers to determine their critical need

What you will Do:

Previous knowledge of our products is a plus, but it is not a requirement for consideration. New hires will be provided training at a level beyond standard user functionality. Pairing with a mentor and continuing on in a collaborative team environment. Applicants must be able to openly share ideas and communicate thoroughly and professionally in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities of a Business Operations Professional include but are not limited to:
  • Tracking Financials, works with various teams for setting up resource costs, ICA tracking, Billings, ILC recoveries tracking, failed recoveries, recovery forecasting, finance utilization reporting, Expenses (mobility, travel, software, obtaining necessary WW Expense Approvals etc.,).
  • Coordination with ISL Finance & Procurement for Transport, facility Related requests, software and hardware purchases, supports necessary audits etc.,

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 2-5 years of overall experience
  • Strong Data interpretation skills, Excel skills.
  • Experience in Finance background
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Should be self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues simultaneously

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience in Operations background
  • Experience in powerpoint
