Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling all bookings and business operations-related work
2. Working with the suppliers to ensure timely responses on queries & smooth post-booking operations such as booking confirmations over the marketplace platform
3. Working on ensuring timely deliveries to agents
4. Managing feedback and escalations from agents and suppliers
5. Working on ensuring customer delight
6. Working on regular and timely completion of agent KYC
