Job Role :

Promotional activities
updating databases and customer relationship management
The process involves counselling the agents
follow-up with the agents,
solving the agents and clients queries and handling the registrations.
Maintaining the data of all registered agents.
Train & hire new agents.
Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.
Attending the school training & workshops.
freshers and experienced both candidates can apply

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate and undergraduate both can apply
Proficiency in Bengali Language.
Fast learner and passion for achieving monthly target
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Internet and Social Media Savvy
Communicating with agents and achieving desired targets.
Male and female both can apply.
