About the Role

We are looking for a good, dedicated, and sincere Business Process Associate to join our team. As a Business Process Associate at our company, we need the following requirements -

Required Skills

• Performing various administrative tasks including answering emails, calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, placing orders, etc.

• Data entry skills i.e. preparing spreadsheets, keeping, and maintaining all the records of the customers.

• Performing qualitative internet research.

• Familiar with MS office especially MS-excel and Powerpoint.

• Having good writing skills is a plus.

• Good time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written in English

• Good internet and computer handling skills.

Roles and responsibilities

• As a Business Process Associate, you will be responsible for delivering quality tasks to the clients on time.

• Should be able to understand the task of the clients properly.

• Clarifying the doubts of the clients regarding any task and maintaining a good relationship with them.

• Working for customer’s success.

Qualification: 12th - Graduate

Salary Structure: 6000 to 7000

Work type: As of now, you will work from home, and will need to come to the office on an as-needed basis.

Job Location - Kolkata (Candidate should be from Kolkata).

Shift: Must be flexible with Shifts.

Age Limit - Under 28 Years.
