UrbanTimer provides assistance virtually to Businesses, Entrepreneurs, Startups, and Individuals around the world with their day-to-day business and personal tasks. Business tasks are related to Administrative, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Multimedia, Information Technology, etc. Personal tasks are related to Flight and hotel booking, online purchases, internet research, vacation planning, etc.
About the Role:-
We are looking for a good, dedicated, and sincere Business Process Associate to join our team. As a Business Process Assocaite at our company, you will have the following roles and responsibilities -
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform various administrative tasks including answering emails, calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, placing orders, etc.
Make outbound calls if the tasks require.
Perform internet research.
Work on Data tasks like preparing spreadsheets, keeping and maintaining all the records of the customers, etc.
Work with tools like MS Office, Canva, Video Editing tools, and other tools necessary to conduct work smoothly.
Understand the tasks properly.
Clarify any doubts regarding tasks before starting the task and also during working on the tasks.
Deliver quality tasks on time.
Work towards customer success.
Write creative content that communicates the desired message in a tasteful manner.
Skills and Qualification:-
Qualification: Graduation or pursuing graduation.
Good internet and computer handling skills.
Graduation or pursuing graduation
Good time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication and you should be able to write error-free English.
Salary Structure: INR 6,000 - INR 8,000
Location - Kolkata (Candidate should be from Kolkata)
Shift: Day Shift.
