Delivery of the business process and control framework documentation (including Sox Process & Controls and Testing) for Group Disclosures program. Documentation required to be in place to support planned Dry Run (Mar 21).
Drive the business process and control changes for Manual data inputs from external teams (PC, CRM) to adopt new process for group disclosures on CFS (work with teams to post manual data directly to F1 rather than data hand off to LESR who then enter into ADAC.

12-14 years of experience, preferably with a working knowledge of financials reporting processes and sox controls in banks and is proficient in financial products and services
Hands-on experience in leading process and controls work streams, detailing process flows, documenting sox and other operational controls
A strong collaborator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
Able to work under pressure, is flexible and can multi-task
Independent and resourceful in managing issues with minimum supervision
Outstanding quantitative and analytical problem solving skills.
Proficient in MS office applications; specifically MS Visio/Any Workflow tool and PPT.
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
