Job Description
About the internship
1. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to generate reports, dashboards, and presentations, providing actionable insights for the leadership team's decision-making and future funding rounds
2. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario planning, and investment opportunities, ensuring accuracy and integrity
3. Collect and analyze competitor data globally, delivering reports to management to facilitate decision-making processes
4. Communicate financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations clearly and effectively to the leadership team, influencing strategic discussions and supporting key business initiatives
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives, fostering communication and collaboration across departments

Other requirements
1. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning utilizing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
2. Analyze financial statements, key financial metrics, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
3. Present complex financial data clearly and concisely to stakeholders, including senior leadership and investors
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and support decision-making processes
5. Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail
6. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement
7. Proactively seek opportunities to optimize financial processes and enhance efficiency
8. Leverage SQL and other analytical tools to extract and manipulate data for financial analysis and reporting
9. Previous experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or strategic planning preferred, with knowledge of the sports nutrition or consumer goods industry considered a plus
10. Ideal candidates are proactive, self-motivated individuals from premium business schools, preferably IIMs, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
