Key Responsibilities:
- Governance through publishing and monitoring of metrics and ensuring adequate follow up and due diligence on any non-adherence
- Act in an advisory capacity for LOBs and Corporate Functions with respect to resiliency tools, metrics and submissions
- Evaluate options for automation of reports and engage in process improvements
- Investigate and provide resolution on queries related to reports and work with Resiliency group on enhancements
- Work closely with stakeholders on new reporting requirements, and with technology teams on changes to incorporate in reports
- Stakeholder management including LOBs and Corporate Functions Resiliency Community and Support groups
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities of leveraging advanced analytics
- Work closely with the counterpart in the team as well as Global counterparts
- Participate in running a robust resiliency agenda in line with the firm’s Resiliency Policy and Standards
- Foster a data-driven, innovative culture
Skills and Experience Required
- Practical experience of 4+ years in analytic techniques and web analytics (like BI tools, Tableau, Alteryx, Qlikview etc)
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Inclination towards data analytics and automation
- Thinking and connecting the dots across the wider organization and location
- Excellent partnership skills and stakeholder management abilities The incumbent should be able to work and influence across diverse teams locally and globally
