About The Department
The Third Party Program (TPP) is an operational risk group with a mission to provide strong governance structure, policy framework and program oversight to third party service provider risk across Wells Fargo. The group is focused on preventative, detective and corrective controls to identify, monitor, manage, mitigate and report third party risk.
About Role
The primary role of the this position will be managing evaluating and establishing relationship with Third-party service provider and review third party performancein a day to day basis to ensure the associated third party risks are appropriately mitigated and business objectives are met. An engagement manager is a front-line team member who is accountable for managing a third-party service provider engagement in compliance with this policy
Responsibilities
Complete planning activities, including evaluating the business need for the use of a third-party service provider, obtaining the necessary business approvals and engaging Supply Chain Management for contracts.

• Partner with Line of Business and must follow the lifecycle process of Third Party risk management to ensure third parties is appropriately risk rated.
• Ensure all required due diligence activities are completed with respect to the third-party service provider and associated risk are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored, and managed.
• Engage Wells Fargo Compliance to review and approve residual risk ratings of the Compliance and Regulatory Risk Assessment.
• Engage Enterprise Information Security to review and complete cybersecurity-related Information Security Evaluations.
• Monitoring the third-party service provider performance and ensuring it conforms with contractual requirements and service level agreements and meets business expectations.
• Complete all required risk activities and assessments, including assessment of the quality and sustainability of the third-party service provider's controls relevant to the engagement
• Thoroughly understand the third-party service provider engagement/relationship, including all products and services, contract and other risks inherent and related risks for each engagement and perform periodic oversight
• Review the results of required risk assessments to ensure controls are working as intended.
• The position requires the ability to lead, manage, and follow up on action items for all meetings, ensuring those assigned as owner to complete their milestones on time a timely manner.
• Communicate, coordinate, collaborate and build partnerships effectively with Stakeholders across different business divisions.
• Conduct regular business review meetings as required per the Third-Party Service Provider Procedures.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related discipline.
• Strong Operational Risk Domain Experience.
