Durga Fashion Expo, operating under the brand name of 'Mysa Fashions', is an export-oriented fashion e-commerce start-up currently dealing in the female fashion category. What started as a passion project for a young couple has garnered great consumer love (4.6 in Nepal, the highest in the country) in the SAARC countries where it functions and is showing great potential and promise. The start-up is planning to go very aggressive in its scale-up plan and plans on opening up in several new countries as well as product lines in the next 6 months.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Devising strategy(s) to help the company grow, through interventions like category expansion, geography expansion, running campaigns and evaluating their performance, and experimenting in the description, type of photos, etc., to increase consumer conversion
2. Creating standard operating procedures with respect to order relays, vendor liasioning, etc.
3. Formulating and executing social media-specific strategies for enhancement of the presence of the brand across the channels
