The Partner Support Specialist will work closely with font design partners and internal stakeholders to help facilitate our mutual success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Addressing partner inquiries and objections while educating partners on processes. Communication is via email.
• Triage Salesforce email queue and escalate cases where necessary.
• Review partner submissions for adherence to guidelines. Make minor edits to submissions to improve quality, such as copy editing content in english. Reject submissions that do not meet guidelines, with written summary explaining reason for rejection.
