Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will successfully manage one end to end change program independently and be a part of Business change management team for a technology/ non-technology related change project and been involved in two or more full cycles of Change Management work stream in a project.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ability to be a part of complex global change management engagements within the ERP implementation, process transformation, M&A / Strategic Outsourcing context
  • Align Case for Change and Change Management strategy to overall organizational/project goals
  • Apply Organization Change Management (OCM) framework, methodology and tools to create a change strategy to support adoption of the changes
  • Conduct organization impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies emerging out of large-scale transformation/business model innovation/digital transformation/globalization initiatives and identify key stakeholders
  • Develop a Change Management Plan to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes
  • Work with the Change Management Lead and Project Leads to ensure that change management activities are incorporated into the overall project plan
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of all engagement activities, including communications
  • Demonstrate experience in using multiple digital communication channels to engage stakeholders and impacted users across geographies
  • Apply design thinking principles to create user centric design and enhance user experience
  • Ensure high quality and timely execution of communication plans and strategies by on-time design and development of quality communication collaterals - Mailers/ newsletters/ posters/ flyers etc.
  • Support training efforts by managing the development and deployment of training materials using effective training channels
  • Work with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the commitment necessary to address workforce transition challenges that might arise and implement change deliverables
  • Apply data analytics to create dashboard and derive actionable insights to drive change efforts and adoption



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 6 to 12 years’ work experience post MBA/ Master’s degree
  • Emphasis on Human Resources, General Management, Organizational Behaviour with atleast 5 years of experience in leading, devising, implementing and evaluating complex organisational change programmes is desired.
  • Expertise in Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Communication Planning and Execution, Change Measurement (Change Readiness/ Surveys, Business Readiness) etc.
  • Additional experience in Benefits Realization, Organization Design/ Culture and Change Diagnostics / Analytics areas would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in organization change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrate structured thinking to problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Ability to collaborate and work with geographically spread multi-cultural / diverse teams
  • Demonstrate capability to perform task independently with thought leadership



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking Principles, Change Management models
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
