Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYour day in the role will include...
- Develop agile, iterative strategies for implementing project work, opportunities and/or recommendations with limited supervisor support with guidance
- Constantly bring new tools, ideas, and thought leadership to clients
- Lead small teams and/or work efforts at a client
- Effectively leverage direct supervisor to help mitigate risks and resolve complex challenges before they become issues
- Collaboratively co-create a Busines Strategy for the client organization
- Deliver flexible, fit-for-purpose Operating Models to meet the client’s unique business needs and culture goals
- Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
- Ideate with clients to identify and analyze complex business challenges.
- Contribute to effort to define and implement to-be HR organization processes and a strategy to leverage Digital HR & Workday/SuccessFactors/Oracle
- Use agile methods to deliver value quickly to the client .
- Proficient in leading Iteration/sprint planning meeting, Conflict Resolution

Required Professional and Technical Expertise- More than 2 years real time experience in PLM Team center. Overall experience 5 plus years.
- Teamcenter Consultant Technical Deep knowledge of Teamcenter UA and Teamcenter Enterprise core functionality Knowledge on Teamcenter Multisite collaboration Module and Workflow Designer Basic knowledge on Linux and Windows servers environment Basic knowledge of webservices based on JBOSS services ITIL process Basic SQL syntax knowledge Soft skills: Manage activities aligning with Service Management as defined in the contract Strong leadership skills in leading tickets resolutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders/parties during the process Strong communication skills in order to effectively interlock with Business sites and users not just for ticket resolution but also for other activities Relationship building skills.
