Your Role and ResponsibilitiesRole Introduction:IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is the division of IBM that is focused on business process consulting and technology application. It provides “end-to-end” solution for its clients, and prides in complex integration and business transformation. IBM GBS in India, also known as global delivery caters to GBS clients world-wide.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Ability to look at the holistic and business perspective of the situation and draw connect between Organization and People issues and Enterprise level strategies/goals
- Experience in being a part of complex global change management engagements within the ERP implementation, process transformation, M&A/ Strategic Outsourcing context
- Exposure in conducting organization impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies emerging out of large-scale transformation/business model innovation/ digital transformation/ globalization initiatives
- Align Case for Change and Change Management strategy to overall organizational / project goals
- Good Grasp in any of the pillars of Change Management – Stakeholder management, communications, training, organization design and culture transformation
- Experience in technology (ERP/ BI/ CRM etc) rollouts with interest in Consulting is an additional skill is an advantage
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Understand HR transformation trends and concepts like HR Function Transformation, HR process redesign, policy and process harmonization and HRIT implementation
- Ability to lead medium assignments like HR Health assessment, Build HR Vision and develop HR Strategy implementation roadmap and business case – based on business needs, and best practices
- Contribute to business development activities by involving in solution, case development, orals and managing client relationships
- Work with HR partners to develop Workforce strategies, emerging out of large scale transformation
- Experience in areas of Workforce transformation, HR Strategy and transformation, HR Shared service/Outsourcing, HRIT roadmap, and talent management
