JOB DESCRIPTION:
We select our new joiners as a Management
Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of
Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of
6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
STEP 1: Client Acquisition / Sales and Marketing
/ Business Development
STEP 2: HR Trainer(Team Building)
STEP 3: Team Leader(Team Management and
Leadership)
STEP 4: Assistant Manager
STEP 5: Strategic Business Unit Owner/ Business
Expansion
Note: All the levels mentioned above need to be
completed
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Candidate MUST have good communication skill.
2. Age criteria: Between 19 and 27 years.
3. Minimum qualification of the candidate must
be GRADUATE/Diploma.
4. Candidates who can join IMMEDIATELY only
apply.
5. Candidate MUST be formally dressed. Kindly don't
come in sandals or casuals.
