Our combined solution helps to reduce operational risk, streamline processing and improve the safety and certainty of the OTC derivatives markets by simplifying and automating trade processing across the major asset classes.

Position Summary

We are looking for passionate engineers who enjoy problem solving and working within a demanding and fast-moving environment. The right candidate will have a passion for learning new skills and wanting to join the FinTech space.
No previous financial experience is required making this an ideal role to enter the FinTech space and a fantastic opportunity to learn in depth some of the most important aspects of trade processing utilised by all major investment banks.
C++ Software Engineers are required to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio of international financial clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary drive to take initiative and follow through tasks to completion at a high quality, whilst consistently seeking to improve practices and processes.

Duties & Accountabilities

Working within an agile environment you will be expected to solve complex problems and provide solutions to a range of clients utilising our existing platform offerings.
As a key member of the team your duties will include but not be limited to; analysis of client issues and new requirements, provision of effective solutions in a timely manner, verification of solutions in cooperation with QA engineers, identification of process improvements and ways of working, building knowledge of the relevant financial products and workflows to enhance productivity.
As you grow with the company, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects moving our on-premise offerings to new cloud-based services, utilizing the PaaS.

Requirements

A good computer science or other technical degree or equivalent
Solid and reputable track record in software engineering
A minimum 4 years' C++ experience
Basic MS SQL
Ability to understand and express complex concepts is essential.
