Qualification  :  i. A first class Bachelor’s Degree. ii. An Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India [ICSI]. iii. Experience of 5(five) years as Company Secretary. Weightage will be given to the candidates with the experience more than 5 years in public undertaking. iv. Should study Kannada Language as one of the subject for SSLC or equivalent examination or Should pass the SSLC or equivalent examination through the medium of Kannada language or The candidates, who have not studied Kannada language as above, shall pass the Kannada Language Test conducted by the Corporation before selection.

Age Limit :  The candidates should have attained the age of 18 years. The maximum age limit shall be as follows:

SC/ST/Cat-I  -  40 Years

Other Backward Classes -   38 Years

General Merit -   35 Years

Ex-Serviceman -   45 Years*
