Job Summary

• We are hiring for Cabin crew on an Immediate basis who are willing to work with a leading Aviation Company.
• The cabin crew member gives an extraordinary customer service to passengers while assuring their comfort and safety during the flight. The Cabin Crew are prepared to deal with safety and emergency circumstances which may occur and can give first aid to passengers.
• Cabin crew aim to make the passengers their flying experience with pleasant personality and He or She will be serving the drinks/snacks/meals to Passengers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcoming the passengers with a pleasant personality on board and guiding them to their seats.
• Giving complete Information and safety methods to the passengers.
• Checking all passengers seat belts and guiding them accordingly.
• Making necessary announcements to passengers and answering their queries if they have.
• Serving food and snacks to the Passengers.
• Guiding the passengers to follow all the safety measures.
• Providing first aid facility to the passengers in emergency cases.
• Booking/rebooking the ticketing.
• Make sure the Passengers feel comfortable during their travel time.
• Should be able to control the situation if there is any flight delay.
• Should be helping the elders and kids in showing the direction, helping them to escort till their seat.
• Helping passengers to keep their luggage on the overhead compartment.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Qualification: Minimum 12 passed
• Age: 18 to 26 years
• Excellent Communication Skill
• Pleasing personality
• Good at English.
• Any graduates can apply
• Should be having basic Computer Knowledge

• Preferred languages Hindi, Bengali
