Job Description

CA(Chartered Accountant)

Key Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance of books of accounts as per accounting standards & Financial Statements as per Companies Act;
Manage the Operations of accounting department and coordinate with other departments for accounting related tasks;
Preparation of MIS reports as per business needs including preparation of Budgets & Variance Analysis and reporting to Board of Directors;
Supervision & Scrutiny of Statutory liabilities i.e. GST, TDS, ESIC /PF, SOFTEX;
Preparation & closing of Monthly & Yearly Books of Accounts and Finalization of Trial Balance with preparation of Profit & Loss A/c, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet Monthly/Quarterly/Annually;
Statutory Compliances related to Income Tax/ GST/Banks & others issues of GST /TDS / ESIC/PF Returns;
Coordination with Statutory & Internal Auditors in the areas of Receivables, Payables, Inventory & Direct & Indirect Taxes including Tax Audits / Tax Return – Yearly.
