CAD Designer jobs in Bangalore at PM Group

We are currently recruiting for a CAD Designer to work support drafting in AutoCAD for multiple projects. The CAD Designer will be part of CAD Team and work as per PM Standards and deliver the drawings as per requirements and with Quality and in time.

Responsibilities

Your day to day role would involve the following activities:

Drafting of P& ID’s, PFD’s, Layouts and other drawings as per inputs received.
Updating P& ID’s, PFD’s, Layouts and other drawings as per Mark up drawings received.
Follow instructions given CAD coordinator/ Manager on daily work requirements and to adhere to PM 2D CAD Standards.
To work on drafting / updating of drawings as per Client CAD Standards.
To strictly follow the Quality procedures for digital self check and ensure that the drawings drafted meet the PM 2D CAD Standards / Client Standards.
To fill in CAD drawing digital check list as per PM Standards/ Client Standards.
To report on daily basis, the work progress to CAD Coordinator/ Manager.

Qualifications

We would like to hear from candidates who have:

5 to 8 years’ experience with an EPC firm working on AUTO CAD for drafting P&ID’s, PFD’s and Layouts.
Experience with EPC firm/ Engineering consultancy firm is preferred.
Experience and knowledge of AUTOCAD with ability to use all tools and functions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A diploma /degree in Engineering / Relevant Technical Qualification and experience as CAD Designer.
