30,000 - 40,000 Per Month PVS Grab Lift is a well-established organization engaged in research, design and development of a wide assortment of Material Handling Equipment, pollution control device and scrap and metal shearing machines for various industries.
In the last two decades, we have manufactured and commissioned our products in various parts of India which are running successfully. We strongly believe in the development of indigenous products to make India Atmnirbhar.
Position: CAD & FEA Engineer
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Educational Qualification: B Tech (Mechanical/Production)
Primary Responsibilities:
Design of components and subassemblies for Grab Bucket, Scrap Shearing machine, hot and cold billet shearing machine, Hydraulic press and other machines which we are/will be designing or dealing in.
Coordination and management of fabrication activities at the site whenever required.
Customise design as per the customer requirement.
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
Conceptual design of mechanical/electro-mechanical components using the Engineering Design principle.
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD)-(SolidWorks preferred) & Engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ABAQUS or similar) for a minimum of 3 years in developing hydraulic & material handling machinery.
Proven analytical skills (ability to identify, formulate, and tackle engineering problems).
Ability to use manual calculations and/or simple analytical methods to drive design decisions –stress analysis, vibration, spatial distance etc.
Manufacturing process knowledge such as machining, drilling, welding, sheet metal, casting etc.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultural and geographic backgrounds
Desirable Skill:
Ability to work in a cross-disciplinary environment with electrical, mechanical and material design experts
Ability to do multi-task, work on multiple projects at the same time without losing effectiveness
A programming language such as Python will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar domain.
