Job Description

• No. of years of Experience: 3-4 years
• Qualification: Engineering Degree in a relevant field, like Mechanical, IT or Software Engineering.
• Skills required: proficient in CAD / PLM tools, Windchill/Creo/PDMLink, technically sound, good communication.

• Profile Summary (roles and responsibility):
  

Providing technical support to Sales team during software sale process

Preparing demos for the software and giving demos to the customer

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system and software issues

Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Requirements
  

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer

Hands-on experience with CAD / PLM tools

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
