About Job Role
We are hiring CAE Engineer – CFD for our client – Home Appliances Manufacturer based in Delhi. Position required deputation at client location and manage complete CAE activities.
Responsibilities
· Perform complex fluid flow analysis using classic hand calculation as well as Finite Volume Methods (CFD).
· Must have a hands-on experience in analyzing physics such as Fluid flow (Laminar & Turbulent) & High Viscous Fluids at assembly and component levels.
· Must be able to demonstrate capability on Fluid specification & Dynamic Meshing with Moving reference frame method.
· Perform analysis during the different phases of the projects & support the global product development engineers with design optimizations.
· Drive improvements in CFD modelling techniques to increase simulation accuracy and engineering knowhow.
· Must have a hands-on experience in performing analysis such as Multiphase modelling and High Viscous Fluid analysis.
· Should be able to solve the convergence issues in CFD Analysis.
· Should be efficient in maintaining the reports on activity schedule and technical status.
Technical Competence & Skills
· Experience Level 3 to 5 years in above mentioned areas is must.
· M.Tech. (Mechanical) with 3-5 years of experience from Tier1/Tier2 university.
· Thorough understanding of CFD Methods and Fluid Mechanics.
· Demonstrate skills in CFD software such as ANSYS
· Hands on Experience on 3D CAD tools such as ANSYS Space-claim to generate design components and assemblies.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proven ability to work autonomously and to prioritize multiple projects.
· Must have stable work history.
· Should be able to join ASAP.
