Customer will call,book and inquiry of their orders placed. Also need to coordinate with drivers who will be supplying on field. All those bookings/enquiries need to be entered in the ERP. Handling challenging customer situations. Need to follow up with other enquiries that come with other sources like Just Dial. Work will be in two shifts which will be changing every week.Timing 7AM-4AM & 11AM-8PM Key Skills Computer knowledge, Communication skills to handle customer, basic English knowledge, Excel Required Experience and Qualifications Any degree or 12th completed.
