JD:*Experienced persons with English & Tamil knowledge.

*To Receive and register the inbound calls.

*Received complaints will be forwarded to the respective Corporate STU's for action to address the passenger complaints quickly.

*Inbound calls will be registered with ID and information will be sent to passengers through SMS with compliant ID.

*After resolving complaints by respective STU's action taken will be communicated through SMS to passengers.
