  • we need 200 resources in Mumbai for an Inbound (Customer Support fulfillment - 100) & Outbound (Customer Service - 100).
  • Mumbai Requirement – Profile 
  • Profile Process – Customer Follow up, Title – Customer Care Executive, Outbound Voice 
  • JD Enclosed
  • Experience – 0 to 2 years
  • Undergrads/Grads
  • CTC – 13K to16 K (In hand)
  • 6 days working with one rotational off
  • 1 week training 
  • Shift hours – total 9 hours with 1 hour break; log in time – 8 hours 
  • 40% of employees will be required to work in split shifts Split shift – 4.5 hrs- log in (with 30 mins break) – 3 hrs gap – 4.5 hrs log in (30 mins break) 
  • Please target candidates close to office for split shift.
