Job Description:-
The primary task of a call center executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. They must show the willingness to learn new things. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility
Responsibilities:-
• Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
Job Details:-
Age: 18 years to 40years
Qualification:- Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
Shifts: Night shift (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00
Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to WFH for now.
Experience: Any Undergrad/Graduate Fresher’s can apply.
