Job Description
Call center management
Attend many inbound domestic calls
Obtains client information by attending calls
Take appointments through inbound calls for Doctor's consultation.
Transfer calls to concerned department if needed.
Note - Only female candidates required
Work location - Vadapalani, Chennai
Candidates should have completed graduation.
Should willing to work for shifts on regular full time basis.

Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
Strong time management and decision making skills.
Adaptability and accountability.
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
