We are in the process of hiring freshers call centre executive for our voice/semi-voice process for work from office.
SKILLS FOR THE PROCESS
* Excellent, analytical, listening and organisational skills.
* Basic professional skills.
* Freshers candidates required for customer care process with good communication in Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Hindi/Kannada with average English.
* Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
* Proficient in relevant computer applications.
* Candidates must be open to relocate to any location and work in particular shifts.
* Freshers should join immediately after selection to work from office.
* Candidates of any graduates can apply (10th, 12th, Diploma, Any Degree).
* Fixed salary with good incentives, basic allowance and provident fund.
* Candidates can apply for their convenient shifts- Day/Night shift.
INTERVIEW SCHEDULE: (MONDAY-SATURDAY) 8.30 AM TO 4.30 PM.
