We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our call center team as a Call Center Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting company products or services.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or graduate in any field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Odia
