  • ·         Attends to customer’s inquiries via all available communication channels namely written, electronic and telephone.
  • ·         Verifies the order details within the specified timeline.
  • ·         Keeps the customer informed about any delays/ unavailability of the order placed and takes action accordingly
  • ·         Maintains updated knowledge of all company products and services at all times in order to provide adequate information to customers by using the right methods/tools.
  • ·         Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the customers and provides appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follows up, wherever applicable, to ensure resolution.
  • ·         Maintains a courteous, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • ·         Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
