Job Description

Job Summary

We are urgently looking for Call Center Executives for our US IT process.

The ideal candidates should have:

Minimum 6 months of inbound/outbound US dialling experience or 1 year of domestic B2B process experience.

Excellent English communication skills

Great negotiation and rebuttal skills

Very less or no MTI

Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Job Location: Noida Sector-3 ( Near to Noida Sector-16 Metro Station

Responsibilities and Duties:

Inbound and outbound calls handling

Finding out the needs of customers

Pitching our products/services

Lead generation and follow up

Key Skills

Call Center, Call Center Management, BPO, International Business, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Technical Support, Customer Acquisition, Customer Service, Customer Support, Inbound, Outbound Sales

Required Experience and Qualifications.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of international voice processor 1 year of domestic B2B voice process

Education: 10+2 or above

A basic understanding of IT and internet marketing terms would be helpful
