Job Summary
The Job requires interacting with customers over chats and emails to ensure all issues are resolved to the customer.
The job requires them to understand the customer's problem accurately, follow the established
procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service Executive, they will be dealing with our customers from all over WORD. As a the company we take great pride in the level of customer service we deliver to the customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Freshers & Experience candidate both can apply in customer service.
We want a Candidate who have a good command in English. (excellent communication in English)
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Flexible to work in challenging work environment.
Result Oriented
Must be comfortable with night shift
Must be comfortable for Calling.
Handling enquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Freshers with good communication and written skill.
