We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between warehouse, store and End Customers its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities:
· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
· Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
· Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
· Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
· Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
